Bachelor of Computer Application from RKDF University Ranchi, is a professional undergraduate program, focuses mainly on computer application concepts. The course duration for BCA is 3 years. It comes with the core subjects like- data structures, database systems, and computer networks. BCA follows Semester wise pattern total of 6 semesters. BCA course has a large scope in industries since most of the industry relies upon computer applications for smoother works.
Eligibility
Any 12th passed with 50% (for SC/ST/OBC 45%)
Students having CUET Score will be given preference in merit.
Lateral Entry
Students should have successfully completed a certificate, diploma or degree program as defined by NEP 2020 to seek admission into Semester 3, Semester 5 and Semester 7, respectively, of NEP based four-year undergraduate program post completion of exit formalities at undergoing college/ university.
Students can seek lateral entry into a program till the validity of their credits on ABC, which is 7 years. Students shall be allowed lateral entry in the streams/ subjects already pursuing.
