Objective:

The objective of the Grievance Redressal Committee is to ensure timely, fair, and transparent resolution of grievances while promoting justice, trust, and a harmonious environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and acknowledge grievances.
• Examine and investigate complaints.
• Conduct hearings when necessary.
• Ensure fairness and confidentiality.
• Recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Communicate decisions to the complainant.
• Monitor implementation of resolutions.
• Maintain proper records of cases.
