Objective:

To plan, manage, and monitor safe, efficient, and reliable transportation facilities for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, ensuring timely campus connectivity, compliance with safety norms, cost-effectiveness, and smooth coordination of university transport services.

Responsibilities:

• Record on a central database all vehicle details and relevant information.
• Maintain pick up and drop schedule with time table.
• Be responsible for the interior and exterior cleanliness of vehicles.
• Maintain a register of authorized user.
• Direct that vehicles are used only by the authorized user.
• Direct that vehicles are never used for personal purposes.
