Gender Champions Committee

Objective:
To help students understand gender issues and promote equality by encouraging respect and equal rights for girls and boys. The goal is to create a gender-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Guide Peers: Encourage classmates to include gender equality in group talks, debates and poster contests.
• Find and Fix Gaps: Identify gender inequality in the institution and suggest solutions.
• Create Awareness: Oraganise workshops, plays, films and painting contests on gender topics.
• Host Equality Events: Conduct University functions promoting gender justice and women empowerment.
