Dr. Sneha Pandey is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biotechnology and the Dean of the Faculty of Life Sciences at RKDF University in Ranchi. In 2010, she received the University Gold Medal in M.Sc. Biotechnology from R.D. University in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, and in 2014, she received her Ph.D. in Biotechnology from R.D. University.

Dr. Pandey's research skills have resulted in several national and international publications, including original research articles, review papers, and book chapters. In her field of expertise, she has authored 15 research articles and a couple of books. Apart from that, she had participated in various national and international reputed seminars around India, as well as organised webinars and seminars as convenor.

She is also a life member of the Journal of basic and applied mycology, the Journal of the Indian Botanical Society, and the Journal of the Society of Basic and applied mycology. She is now working as the Principal Investigator on a project titled "TREE AMBULANCE."

She is also a member of the Editorial Board of the IJHESM Journal and served as co-secretary for ICRIMR-2021, an International Conference organised by RKDF University, Ranchi in conjunction with AIU.
